Another cheque...?
So today I was watching tv (ok fine, As the World turns...:P) and I saw a preview of the stories they're covering for the evening news, and what's it that I hear, good ol' Ralphy might be doling out another "prosperity" cheque...?!?!?! DARNIT and I'm moving to Toronto in a month!! Grr...ok peeps, I need to figure a way to keep my residence in Alberta...who really needs Ontario health insurance anyways?

Good news, (from the finance guy of course) ... as long as you file an Alberta tax return for 2005 than it shouldn't be a problem for you to qualify for a rebate...its not like you tell Ralph that you left for Toronto ... or you can call him up ... yeah, that was nerdy! ... love it ...mmm monay!!!
Hmm...are you sure it'll be 2005 tax and not 2006? I guess it depends on when, and if, they give it out. If its 2006, I have to change my residence to Ontario to qualify for Ontario Health Care (since I can't have Alberta Health Care after 3 months), and since I quit my job in December, I'll only have earnings in Ontario for the 2006 year...?
